Refund Policy

Social Homeschool, we are committed to providing value and ensuring the satisfaction of our members. However, as our services involve access to digital resources, events, and community benefits, the following refund policy applies:

  1. Membership Fees:

    • Refunds are available within 3 days of the initial subscription payment for new members if you are unsatisfied with the service.

    • After the 3-day period, membership fees are non-refundable, including for monthly and annual plans.

  2. Digital Products:

    • Due to the nature of digital downloads and resources, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

  3. Event Registrations:

    • Cancellations for paid events must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date for a full refund.

    • Refund requests made less than 7 days before the event will not be honored.

  4. Exceptions:

    • Refunds may be issued beyond these guidelines in the case of technical errors or billing mistakes. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide flexibility for our members. If you wish to cancel your membership or any additional services, the following policies apply:

  1. Membership Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

    • Monthly Plans: Membership cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

    • Annual Plans: If canceled, access will remain active until the end of the annual term. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

  2. Event Cancellations:

    • If you are unable to attend a paid event, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or to reschedule (subject to availability).

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded.

  3. Reactivation:

    • Members who cancel their subscription may reactivate at any time, subject to the current membership rates and terms.

  4. How to Cancel:

    • Cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@socialhomeschool.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
